Parent/child LLC Umbrella
Can anyone explain how to put each individual property in a subsidiary LLC encompassed by an LLC umbrella. Is the statutory agent for the child LLC the parent LLC? Does each child LLC require tax filings for a single member entity. Are the child LLC's protected in the eventy of liability under the parent :-o
