Open Up A Business Acct For LLC
Has anyone ever opened up a business acct for an LLC with REGIONS bank? Did you get an instant line of credit just for opening up the acct, by showing your Articles of Organization.
Has anyone ever done this with Suntrust Bank & got an instant line of credit or approved for a business credit card.
Who is it best to back with in Ga to accomplish this?
Open to any advice.
I did that here w/ a local bank.
Read the fine print. The businesses STILL had to go thru credit approval.
Do they hold title as Tenants in Common or as Joint Tenants or as a partnership or what?
Get a copy of the TIC agreement too. As a general rule it requires unanimous consent of all the members of a TIC to encumber the property. Obviously this is pretty difficult to obtain and so people have been writing TIC agreements with other arrangements. I question whether its still a TIC at that point but it may give the majority shareholder the right to encumber without the minorities permission.
