No land trust needed?
Anybody heard of this.
A friend said instead of doing trust his lawyer just changes the description of deed and puts in name of LLC.
Both of us same situation. Have loans so no need to do trust for privacy just for the DOS clause.
Also do the banks ever agree voluntary to let you move to LLC if you still personally guarantee and explain just for liabilty.
