Nevada LLC (Single Member) As Beneficiary
If I place a NV LLC as a beneficiary of my land trust do I still need to file as a foreign Corp. The state I am referencing is OH. Would it make more sense to use a OH LLC. I was under the impression that a NV Corp is better... But some people are saying the NV Corps are not good for out of state. I have been hearing conflicting info

NV LLC are probably going to be less expensive and easy to create
