Need Reference For Good Delaware RE Attorney

tvogel profile photo

New to REI, and I live in Delaware. Looking for a reference for a GOOD RE attorney in DE which can handle my REI questions.

( I was asked to edit or delete because the reader took this as an ad by you, ads being prohibited here...John Merchant).

Any advice? I have contacted a local investment group, but was also thinking someone on here might be able to give some guideance.

Thanks in advance!

    Hi Bill,
Just wondering if you would refer your MD in-house attorney? I am a REI in MD who needs a very competent, knowledgeable and honest RE lawyer to help me sort out tax implications, entity choices and contracts for my national REI business... and frankly, none of the nationally recognized ones I have called and written to for help, have responded. Please feel free to write me privately at ****Must participate a while before posting URL's*** if it would be frowned upon to post the info here. Thank you very much for your time and assistance, I do hope to hear from you very soon.
    Regards,
    Joel E. Bloom

vance funk in newark. All my deals go thru him.

Might be a tough trip from Dover but his people are great for investors.

You might check on the laws in TX. In some states, leases survive foreclosure sales and in others a foreclosure sale may terminate a lease. I am a little confused. Did the property exchange hands because of a Tax Sale or Foreclosure Sale?
