Naming Of LLC's
I live in Wayne County,Michigan. Is it out of bounds to name your LLC with your county name involved, such as "wayne county property whatever". I was told you can't do that.. Has anybody had any experience with this kind of situation? Really need some help with this one.. Thanx, Tom 
Why dont you name it with your initials and the street name. This way if you have an LLC for each property it is clear which is for which.
Thanks Detroit, Another thing is do you have to pay to set up another LLC and so on? Otherwords so you have to file with the state for each LLC you have?
