Mortgage Modification
Hello everyone
I worked on my mortgage modification and I just received the new agreement from my bank. I spread the news between my friend and some asked me to do the same for them - help them to get a lower rate and they offer to pay me for my time. I have no problem doing it but I do have one question, is it legal?

In CA I could see that being call being a foreclosure consultant if they are in default.
