Mortgage Company Out Of Business
Hi my mortgage company went out of business a few years back and i have no one to pay my mortgage too, this has been going on for over four years now. The company no longer exist they were a small private company who has no address or phone number any longer and all mail I send comes back to me. Should I file a quite title action or what can I do to sell this house or refinance it? Thanks Bob
