Can I put something into the MLS (mulitlple listing service) as "commercial" if it is in the process of being commercial? Zoning will allow it to be commercial once a drive way is started and that will start next week.... thanks!

You should be asking your Broker as he/she certainly knows local Realtor & MLS rules.

Probably yes. Most MLS forms have a "comments" section and you would probably disclose the fact that the zoning change is in process in that section.

Generally a MLS is a form of advertising. It is, of course, fraud to advertise a feature which is not true, or which you cannot cause to be true prior to delivery of the product.
