Massachusetts SDIRA LLC
I would like to set up a Massachusetts SDIRA LLC with my IRA as 100% member, and myself as the non - paid manager. I am a Mass. Real Estate Broker.
Are there any extra magic words or phrases that need to be incuded above and beyond those needed on a $30 piece of software for a regular LLC?
Most Massachusetts Attorneys and CPAs know less on this subject than I do. This is scarey. Please help!

Your best bet would be to just move out of that state. Honestly thats your best bet. I have never been happier since I moved out of the socialist regime knows as Mass.[ Edited by manderson2228 on Date 12/12/2005 ]
