Looking For Resource To Help Me Structure A PPM In WA

I want to do a private placement (probably 504D) for the acquisition of a commercial property here in WA state and looking for a resource familiar with setting these up. I want to raise under $1M in private funds to finance a property acquisition.

Please respond if you are or know someone who fits this requirement.

    ask them to cite the feeral regulation or or loan doc..

    unless this falls under "we have the right to audit any doc"

    Chances are that your loan is being transferred or has been recently transferred and the acquirer is auditing your loan package. I am guessing that these documents are missing from your file and they are asking you to provide replacements.
