I need to condo a two flat in Chicago and am looking for a good lawyer. I also have questions about incorporating.

Here's how I'd go about finding a know-how Chi lawyer to condo anything:
Go find another similar sized prop that somebody else has recently had condo'd, and find who their lawyer was...then talk to that lawyer and get quote on fee.
A local realtor can probably help you find a number of such.
Probably no fewer than 50,000 condos in Chi/Cook Co area, so it's a reasonable assumption that there are lots of experienced lawyers there in the area, and if you'll shop, and compare fees, you'll find somebody you like @ fee arrangement that makes sense.
