Long Distance REI Question...
A friend of mine is interested in doing real estate investing in Memphis with me, only thing is, she lives in New Jersey and doesn't know if she'd be able to get home for the closings.
Is there a way this can be done with a person living in another part of the country and with them not having to come to that sitting to close on the deal?

YES, it's calles Fedex. The title company or escrow company can fedex the docs overnight.
