LLC?
I know there have been several LLC posts, but my situation is a little different. I live in one state and plan on building spec homes and selling them for a profit. then in another state I am buying with a partner some sfr and multiunits to hold. what is going to be the best way to carry title? LLC? S-corp(i dont even know what that is). which state would I set it up in? does it matter? I am wondering what the advantages are? I am really looking for the best tax advantage. any advice would be great, thanks.
