LLC Questions

I have three rental houses and just opened an LLC today. I should have the houses switched out of my name and into the LLC right? Is it important to also have the insurance switched over the LLC as well?
Are there any fees for changing property owner names? ALso, will any of this conflict with any loans I have on the houses?
