LLC In New Jersey ?
I am registering an LLC on line at the State of NJ website. If anyone has done this I would appreciate some assistance to be sure I am setting it up right. I am assuming for Business Purpose I choose "Real Estate". Also, there is a section to fill in "Registered Agent Information".... supposedly this person has a relationship with the Treasury dept. Does anyone know who this person is supposed to be?

Regstered agent is just the person that gets the mail from them and is the head contact person.
