Legal Referral Needed Please
Does anyone have a recommendation for a lawyer that can handle forming an LLC or other Corporation? I did one myself one time online and never really understood what I was doing.
Basically this is for a small maintenance company I just purchased. Have setup tradename, checking account as a sole proprietorship and need to make some sort of corporation out of it.
Any referrals would be appreciated, especially for someone that is used to dealing with home businesses wanting to grow.

call the local bar would be 1 suggestion. Usually for $25 you get referral and a hour consult to get an idea if you like working w/ the person.
I did a subject to deal. I have the seller put the property in a trust and transfer the beneficiary interest to me. The seller later change her mind. She wants the deed back, and complain to the attorney general office. Would anyone know any attorney in the twin cities area that know about LAND TRUST? Please let me know I really appriciate that.
