Lease Laws

Can an occupant be sued by the lessor if his/her name is not on the lease?nullre:I was living in a house for about 2 months, which the LL knew I was an occupant. I signed no lease and agreed to nothing verbally. I have not been an occupant for over 1 month. The lesser is suing the lease signer and also me?
