Land Trusts

Suppose I create a land trust with my name or the name of my corporation as beneficiary, and I want to deed a property into the trust. My question is: What do I write into the Warranty Deed to Trustee form where it says "Unto ________ as Trustee.... "? Can I enter a name of the trust plus the trustee's name, or must it be only the trustee's name?

Thanks

A deed to a trust is normally to: "ABC Trust dated 12/15/04, 1313 13th St, Duckville, NY" so there's enough info there to ID the trust. Since it's possible to get an EIN for a trust, the title co. might want that also.

I prefer it NOT to have any trustee's name thereon...trustees die, resign, etc. and by the time you get ready to sell the RE, the trustee will be a new guy.

And for sure don't let your name appear on it so as to retain your anonymity.
