When you sign and notarize the trust do you need to record it, and how would you get the original title name on public record to change to the new trust? Thanks, O.R

    You do not record the trust itself, you transfer the property from your name to the trust using a "trust transfer grant deed".

    Thanks for the reply, I would think same as warranty deed to trustee?
