There's a legal term for this..."Merger", when T'ee and Ben'y become same person...and anybody who wanted to, could go to court to have the Trust declared an empty shell..
The court would find the Trust was dead and enter a judgment that tit be terminated immediately.
It's certainly possible but I read where they reccomend against it. PLus, the land trust is for anonymity, why would you want to be both?
