Hi! My family is having a problem! My grandfather recently died and we are in the process of selling his house. This morning we got a call from the lawyer telling us that the tax number to the house is different from the trust number to the house. All documentation has the same tax number except for the trust documentation. Will we have to go into probate? We sign the house over to the new owner in two weeks. thanks, Arteestt
