Land Trust Question
Hello. I am considering my properties each into a land trust. I am going to make the trustee my father-in-law. He lives in a different state.
However I would still like to be receiving Property Tax bills. Can I use a P.O. Box I set-up for myself to have the tax bills sent to addressed to him, or would it create lack of anonymity?

Good question. Can a lawyer looking to sue you, find out your name from the Post Office as the owner of a PO box?
I would let the mail go to the father-in-law then let him send it to you.
