Land Trust , LLC's
It's is my understanding that Land Trust are not offered in Georgia where I have property. Is there another Trusts or vehicle someone could recomend me to that will have some of the same benefits as the Land Trust. I do have my LLC establish however, the Land Trust/LLC combo is very attractrative for liability protection and anonimity.

Where have you inquired?
LAND TRUST ARE LEGALLY ENTITIES in ALL 50 US STATES!
Only Tennessee and Louisiana DO NOT RECOGNIZE Assignment of Beneficial Interest as a NON-TAXABLE occurrance---THEY WILL TREAT IT AS IF YOU SOLD IT!!( PERIOD!)

Look under Trust Companies---Ask your Title co.s for how the language on how your Land Trust docs should look
Look up Real Estate Attornies and Title & Trust Companies + Banks in your area for TRUST SERVICES !
