Land Trust/LLC/Property Management
If I were to form a land trust with an LLC as the beneficiary would I still be able to have property management involved. I remember reading on one of the topics something about not being able to have property management in this situation. Is this true??????
Note: I live in CA and my properties are in AZ

I am not sure about the laws in CA, but in general that should not be a problem. For one thing, the beneficiary is not public information anyway.
