Anyone care to explain what a land trust is, the benefits, the disadvantages of using a trust and how it turns real property into personal property?
Why trust is classified under the UCC and not mortgage law?
Also can you place a property that is pending foreclosures into a trust, to keep creditors from attaching judgments?
