Land Contract - Relative

My mother is paying on her home via land contract. For assett protection for her, and planning purposes, I was going to pay the rest off and have it put in my name. She will continue to live there for as long as she wants, take money out of it if she needs to, etc, that would not change, that will also help her keep some extra $$ each month, cause I would not be charging her anything. I would handle tax and insurance.
My question is, would it be better to have in my name or should I have it in my LLC's name. A bit off the subject, I know, but you all have some great knowlege and have helped me formulate thoughts and strategies. [ Edited by nsor on Date 10/21/2003 ]
