Is this possible? I keep on hearing the term "Judgment Proof"

Does this mean the can destroy a house with no consequences?

Larry Flint (?) the found of Hustler, is prob a multi-hundred millionaire if not billionaire, and is disabled. You would have no problem collecting from him.

What I suggest you check and post back here, can general assistance, SSI, SSDI and private disability payment be garnished?

That you might get at least some nominal amount ea. month.

    Hoolu,

    Glad to meet you,

Two things come to mind from your story.

    1. Blood is thicker than water.

    2. He who is on the deed owns the property.

You have written your story with emotion and feeling, however from what I have read lack any legal standing to pursue this matter.

Unless you want to try your case in court, if there even is a case, be prepared to spend more dollars, than from your story you could come up with.

Deeding the properties to the LLC does not take your name off the mortgages you have now. If your LLC allows a property to go to foreclosure, it is still your credit score that gets trashed.

Having an LLC benefits you by not having to pay as much in taxes with the money you make from your properties, and also it protects you from getting sued personally, it would go toward the LLC which is better for you. Thats what ive learned in PA but im not a professional.

I do not think there are any tax benefits from putting your property into an LLC, as income "passes through" the LLC directly to you. The benefit is limiting the liability of the partners to the assets of the LLC.

wooden 6 foot tall fence...if you need a permit in your area...make it temporary by not setting it in concrete...just use landscape timbers. get ditch digger...go down 3 to 4 feet....lay in ground...fill back in....screw in fence to posts...enjoy the party...take it down if need be...if your neighbor rented to a tenant with pitbulls he probably does not realize that his insurance probably has a clause that will not pay out if the dogs bite someone...many insurance policies do not cover attack dogs...your neighbor is inviting his own problems by renting to someone who thinks having 3 pitbulls is a good thing...good luck

Are there any ordinances that restrict the breed of dog that can be kept in your community?

Pit bull is just one of the breeds that are sometimes barred by local ordinance and/or HOA covenants. If a single dog is not barred, perhaps there is a certain number of the same breed that is barred.
