JUDGEMENT AGAINST PROPERTY
I need help.
I am doing research on a property that was in a fire in 92-93. Unfortunately someone was killed and since then the house has been abandoned. I located the owner son's who is the Power of Attorney. The owner was suid and paid approx 200K so far for the award but the case is still open. The Power of Attorney did tell me that he wants to get rid of hte property but this judgement is holding him back. Any suggestions on if this is a risky venture. Property is in Union County, NJ Is there an Real Estate Attorney in the house?
