Generally, you can sign a warranty or quit claim deed from you to both of you, specifiying it is now JTWRS.
Call your county recorder's office or a title company to find out what forms are needed, what costs there might be (for recording) and what the general procedure is for your specific county/state. If they don't know or won't tell you, you may have to ask a RE attorney for advice.
