Is My Accountant Right?
I talked to a accountant today about forming a llc or a corp.She told me if I form a llc with 2 other people and I hold 80% of the company,If the other members decide to quit the llc has to fold .This doe not make any sense if I hold 80% of the company. Is she right? Tim
