Interest Amounts On Liens
If I have to file a lien on a property to protect my interests what amount of interest (if any) may I charge?

Check your state statutes. It regulates the amount you can charge for interest.
Also, check as to the legality of your lien. Sometimes a lien is not an option and could land you in hotwater.
