Insurance For Investors

Was wondering if there is any type of E&O insurance policy that would cover a real estate investor, specific to California. I am especially concerned that a seller could come back and pursue legal action towards a buyer after they realize the profits that were earned, even though there are proper CYA disclosures that were signed explaining that the investor is attempting to earn a substaintial profit, ect. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Real estate investing privately is not regulated so no E&O.
That is why it is good to have your contract vetted by a lawyer
