Insurable And Marketable Titles

Can insurable title be turned to marketable title and about how much would it be to so. I just got an offer accepted on a property which I really want but now I come to find out that I can only get insurable title.!!!
my attny has not gotten back to me on this yet and I want to know if any of yoy has dealt with this before.

    Could you please explain the difference? It seems intuitive that an insured title is marketable, whereas an uninsurable (clouded) title may be harder to market.[ Edited by NewKidInTown3 on Date 11/07/2009 ]

    all marketable are insurable but not all insurable could be marketable...
