Incorporation?
I own a couple of rental properties. Do I need to incorporate as a business to run these and file tax returns? Or is an S-Corp or Partnership (Spouse) assumed? I know an LLC/LLP would be a better way to liability issues, but I am just wondering what is required versus what is a good idea? Thanks, Ray
