Incorporate as a Bird Dog
I'm currently in the process of bird dogging for other investors and was wondering if I should consider incorporating, sole prop., LLC, etc. as a bird dog. I don't expect legal advice and any advice given will not be interpreted as such. I just need some direction right now. Thanks in advance TCI members.
