In Need Of A Partnership Agreement
I am in need of a partnership agreement between my company (Inc) here in Florida and another company (LLC) in North Carolina containing (in legal terms) the following:
The company in NC has found a property to rehab and flip, my company is buying the property as well as providing costs to rehab. The NC company is hiring out the rehab work, overseeing the rehab process and time schedule, marketing the property, and selling the property.
The two companies are splitting the NET profits equally after all expenses, payments etc are paid back to my company.

Only you and your partner or a lawyer could legally draft such an agreement.
With a partner in another state and with some careful legal thought and drafting needed here, it looks clear to me that the lawyer is the best choice.
