I Don't Think So But Can Liens Be Attached After The Sale?
Owner is in rehab & insurance runs out the 8/7/04. Rehab threatening to attach liens on house after that. Comps are 140-150k. Appraisal being done today 7/23/04. Quick sale needed. I will give photos & info to serious inquiries only.. 3 bed, 1.5 bath cape w/ double lot,fenced yard, sided, attached 2 car gar. Needs carpet and paint only, high repair est @ 10k. Great schools and neighborhood. Will sell for 95k but must have proof of funds. I'd appreciate any advice.
