I know on that website Nancy refers to, some agents that I know to be very sleazy, look like angels and have no disciplinary actions taken against them; while other seemingly upstanding agents have complaints on their record.
I know, every few months, the real estate commission sends out a "hall of shame" newsletter to all sales agents with the names and infractions of all agent wrong doings. I hope I am never on that list.
