How To Do A "trade"?
Ok, so I am finally being creative. I have found a small convienent store I would like to buy and the owners are interested in a trade for my property. Ok so I don't own the property outright and they also want 20k down, so how would a "trade" really be possible? I own about 125k, and I want $142k. They want 139k for there property.
