How Do I Do These Things?

After a death, I believe I need to

1 clear real estate title

2 submit a trustee affidavit

3 issue a notice of trust

all for broward county, florida. Does anyone know where to get info on doing this or exactly what I need to do?

I think writing to the bureaus is their preferred method of disputing. Or when you pull up your report from one of their sites they let you fill out a dispute online. They ask for 30 days from that to complete your inquiry.

you need everything in writing. Go to www.creditboards.com for the best info on the WWW.

You can dispute online with www.transunion.com and www.experian.com but in writing with equifax. They do however have a form on their website.

There is no point in talking to them anyway, you want to get everything in writing.

You will most likely lose this. Since she had no will in the state of Florida the property escheated to the government (Florida Statute Chapter 732) to be held in trust for heirs for 10 years (state would probably sell house). Property held by the government cannot be claimed by adverse possession.
Once the state starts the probate process you might be able to get the money back
I say go talk to a lawyer
