Can anyone tell me how to find out what the laws are for Texas Landlords and what we can do about someone that uses our property as a storage unit? Someone Please Help me. I would greatly appreciate any information.
I was an out of State owner, living in Ohio and owning a home in TX. I suggest going to the State of Texas Website and follow the menus to gain your info, unless someone else out there can give you a direct link. Buy the way, are they paying their rent for your storage locker/home?
