Help With LLC & Doc Stamps
I was just told by my lawyer that in order to put my property into an LLC that we must pay 7% Doc stamps on each of the properties we put into the LLC. We want to start up with 4 LLC with an equivelent of 350 thousand @ 7% equals 25,000 in Doc stamps--is there an easier way to do this.
A 13 year is a minor and anything he signs means nothing--As long as you pay him you are liable.
