Help! Can I Purchase My Own Property Through My LLC?
I recently converted my duplex into two condos increasing the structures worth by 75%.
Instead of waiting for each to sell I am wondering if anyone has ever bought back their property through another entity such as an LLC or corporation using their TIN numbers?
Well I have paid cash onto my LLC but I doubt very much that you will be able to mortgage through your llc unless it has been in business quite awhile. I suppose if it has that much equity in though you might be able to quit claim it to your LLC and maybe draw off the equity through the LLC pay off the existing mortgage. I would ask your mortgage broker on that one if I were you.
