Does anyone know where I might find a "standard" Gift Letter form or template that can be used as documentation to a lender for a Gift of Equity? I've been searching the net with no luck so far. Thanks, James

    A gift letter is usually a part of the application program used by brokers and lenders you might have to get it from them
