Forms Per State

woodchuk profile photo

What do you all think about the idea of each of us being willing to forward along any forms/contracts that we use that have already been tested or checked out in our specific states. Perhaps we can post what state we are from and what forms we have to offer.

I'm in Atlanta, GA. My forms haven't been checked out yet but on some it may not matter. I'm going to a local REI club meeting in a week and will run it by the members there and ask for direction from them. I'll post any info for those of you that are in Georgia.

Sounds great! I'm in Florida and sure could use some help finding usable legal forms and contracts. I would also be more than willing to share any I did have.
    Great idea!

    TCI Members,

There is a gentleman that posts here that gives of his time and knowledge to help all of us. Anyone of his ideas to help you will put money in your pocket, for FREE.

This site is FREE, so how is this possible, it is possible in part because of the Channel Partners, take a moment to reflect on that.

Are you learning, asking questions getting straight answers, of course you are.

If you need forms then I suggest that you pick up a CD from John Michael, with 1000's of real estate forms forms to help you.

    Check out this link:

Just the way I see things, I hope you see it the same way.

    Thank you,

John L - Folks I agree with John L fully on this issue and have even changed the forms CD to add State by State forms for RE investors.

Folks I say this as not to sell the forms CD as you can spend hours and months in producing this information yourself or order the CD.
