First Rental

I will be able to rent out my first rental property. Should i form an LLC for that property? Or shall i wait till it is rented than do it?
Or just keep it under may name?

What would be the best practice?

    Lots of material here on value of titling your RE in corp or LLC name so as to limit your liability to assets in corp.

    If your RE is financed, you'd want to clear this re-titling with lender so they don't exercise their DOS and repo the RE.
