Evicting A Tenent With A Daycare Center
Is it easier or harder to evict a tenant who is renting space as a daycare center. I have a tenent who is becoming a problem, and eviction may be in the future. Since she doesn't live in the space, and there is no written lease, I was wondering if I could simple change the locks if she doesn't leave after 30 days?
