Equity Share Contract Vs. Joint Venture Agreement
Hi all,
In a scenario where one person uses their credit to buy an investment property with a second parties cash, and all profit/losses are 50/50 split, and neither party lives in the property........Which type of contract is most applicable? Equity share, or JVA. Or, are they the same thing just with different names.
The state will be Utah, if that matters.
