Equity Into Capital
leveraged paid for rental into several properties.have two rehabs working and dont have enough time w/ my job to finish quickly. have someone setup but need to put on payroll.have great credit but cash is invested.someone suggested equity line with all property.should have enough combined equity to employ and continue securing other investments concerned putting all eggs in basket.but am committed and 99%sure will succeed case of nerves any ideas/ suggest dont like idea of hard $ <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_confused.gif"> [ Edited by spiderhitch on Date 11/25/2003 ]
